Millennium Development Solutions is an expert at working with Municipalities, Lawyers, Title Companies and Surveyors to create Subdivision Plats. The Subdivision Plat is the fundamental legal document that creates the roadway ROW, Lots and Tracts within a subdivision. Plats are the legal basis for all future transactions of parcels of land with the subdivision upon completion of improvements. Skimping on this phase of entitlement can delay your project and cause legal problems down the line. This is one of the most important aspects of Millennium's engineering design phase services.

We are evaluating alternative Stormwater Detention SOLUTIONS for a client who has a 95% approval on his engineering and a clock ticking on his Site Plan Approval. Underground Storage is costly, but this site will benefit by larger lot sizes and lower maintenance costs over the long run if this concept is taken to hard engineering and approved.
